My sales are down from pre-JTLS, but I expect a combination of JTLS, other games and now the solo group nerf all conspired to lower both the amount of clients and the amount of money clients have. I haven't lowered my prices, since I still sell pretty good. And I'm probably the most expensive smith on the server now..

Sales arent bad for me either
Alot of oldtimers have left the game or found something new to do ingame, so we who are left have a bit to do :-)

I actually expect the CU to increase my sales. People are waiting for this to be released and are going to start up playing again.
Since the update is supposed to encourage gorup hunts without the use of buffs, I see the need for armor again. We will have to deversify a lot more, but sales will increase again.

I find my oun way in AS buisness: I sell pre-sliced composite 4%stun/80%el/ base up to 90%, and prices are very different. Enc and low-eff sliced armor I sell as cheap as possible ( so everyone canhave some composite) .High base slice makes great armor foreveryone who can afford it (at least chest plate, helmet, gloves and boots) so I can sell it for the good money. And unsliced full sets sells VERY bad indeed(

My sales on Chilastra are going strong...still averaging 1 mil/day in sales. I think a previous poster had it right on, people seem to be returning to the ground game after the JtL novelty wore off

There will be a need for armor, but we will also have to have more than just Ubese and Composite on our vendors. AS will be more time consuming. Mind you i am not complaining i like this, i think it should be like this. But until then sales will slow as people squeeze out what they can until it comes out with armor repair kits. No one want's to buy an uber-set of composite armor if it's going to be rendered useless in a month
