It's quite simple to hit 80 Kinetic/80 Energy. I'd think it's doable on any server unless resource spawns have been absolutely hideous. I've been making 80 Kinetc/80 Energy/70 Base on Intrepid for quite some time. Two 4/5 Kinetic Layers and one 4/10 Energy Layer.

I've also gotten up to 80 Kinetc/79 Acid/79 Energy with 69 base on Intrepid. I haven't tried it in over a month and we've had some new spawns so perhpas it is time to give it another shot.

I'd like to stress that the only reason to make these suits is for the buy who gets encumbrance slices. They're heavy anyway and an effectiveness slice (particularly a good one) only makes the buyer realize the extra protection that is lost by putting these resists into special protection.
