Thread: Best Blast Armor?
You should be able to find 80 blast/80kin/60ish base with reasonable ham costs on your server.An armorsmith can do this by adding a max blast and max kin (rest of expt in encum) layer to the comp segment that is maxed for base and has the rest expt into encum. If you don't mind the ham cost getting a bit higher, have the smith add a third layer (blast)withencum expt to max and the rest into base.A 12 point smith with good materials would be the best to have make this suit.
Padded is not the answer because of layering and special protection issues. You will get a suit of higher blast resist comp with all the other resists much higher and encumbrance equal to or lower than a 2x blast layer suit of padded.

OK good, that's what I thought. The poster referenced someone's "alt" getting hit in the head. I have an alt in my sig, the original poster does not, so I thought he was responsding to me and laughing because I thought Krayts did kinetic. Anyways. thanks for clearing this up.
