First of all, if someone doesn't answer you in the wee hours of the morning (US time) it's likely that everyone was sleeping. Not ignoring you. Sleeping.
Second, calling leveling the profession "throwing your life away" is likely to get people to ignore your message.

i cant seem to make my own macro. i tipped someone 2k for a macro and it doesnt seem to work. it says unable to execute flourish after a few worked. then it gets dumped . does anyone have a macro i can use that works ALL night and all morning?
Whatever the reasons for leveling up the account, I will cheer the choice to not do it AFK on macros. Yes it is along, slow and sometimes boring task to do, and many consider it "throwing (one's) life away" but that is often just the opinions of people who have not tried it yet or who have only entertained in empty or AFK filled cantinas.
Shop around for a good cantina and chat with people as you level up. I think you'll enjoy it more than you expect.

My father said I would throw my life away being a musician, then the stormtroopers came for him and I'm still playing music, not so funny now, is it Dad.

Macro it... do a loop on UI ACTION .... then just flourish while you sleep. Let's face it... we use Doctors, Dancers, and Musicians for Buff Bots. I have a Master Dancer Alt and Working a Master Musician Alt now. They are support toons for the real action, and that won't change unless content changes.
Although... I am excited about doing the Dancer quest and doing the auditions which I will do this weekend.

Let's face it... that's NOT what most of us use them for. Most of us play a class... shockingly enough... because we like to play it. *gasp* Because combat isn't the "real action" as I can get combat in pretty much MOST games out there. The Real action in a MMORPG is player interaction and being able to be your character(immersion) in the Star Wars universe. Which most people that play those "support" classes get out of this game.

*gasps*
but wont you have to be ATK for the audition?
Tsk-tsk….
Careful, it may ruin your zombie reputation….
As for us being “only” a support class, well I look at it the other way….the combat types are the support class in my book, coz they support my fun in game:-p
