no its not, its the BONE ARMOR schematic which isnt worth nearly as much as the RIS one but you could still get maybe 50k-100k for it, and thats a huge maybe because it serves no real purpose except for display.

If you add a green geo cube you can get higher condition. I added a standard green cube and I think I hit around 19k condition. I can't check to verify though because I priced it at 100k a piece on my storage vendor and someone actually bought it ... doh! I had been planning on using it for display.
