Because they are talking about 1/1 armour pieces and you are talking about pieces that offer no protection at all e.g. 0 /70000

we tested combat with armor that had 1/1 condition and 0 condition and both still hold back damage.
what does this mean?
well, armor business will go down the drain.
soe is not doing thier job.
test for yourself and reply.

This was noticed awhile back with PSG's. Once it is exploited it will be dealt with I am sure.

Sorry, to tell u guys but people have been doing this since CU was implemented. And it has been known to the DEVs since then to. and were not talking 0/1 condition we are talking about 1/1 condition armor. the game thinks its 100% condition and absorbs damage as if it was new. U can achieve 1/1 condition armor by having a complete failure upon reapir it. Once its 1/1 it will never change to 0/1 even if u take hits or even decay from cloning.

Plz go test it for yourself instead of speculating and submit a ticket

this is only one small thing the devs are aware of and doing nothing about it.
so many things are bugged, broken since launch and they do nothing about it. or even better they finaly fix it after 1,5 years and with the next patch its back again.

They don't fix exploits in this game, they just change entire system.
