My ubese came out the same as yours, some parts black, some default...all my composite came out grey/silver though. Im not going to risk other colours apart from funky black till I know its fixed or we get amour colour kits.

I just made a run before reading this unfortunately. Anyway I've found that the color does not stick on the helmet, chest, and boots. So now I have 20 suits of black and default color, these should sell well 
. Just let the customer change the color to what they want for a one time deal. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!
