Thread: Question For Armorsmiths

look up the schematics for composite.. it's 21 per suit.
1 gloves
2 arms/boots
3 legs/helm
4 chest
I'm not the leading authority on Krayt segments, but...
The best depends totally on the quality of the segments. Any Krayt segments under about 17-20% are not going to be any better than what most masters can make unlayered. Most smiths can make 25-30% or more layered composite segments. Also it pushes all the resists to Special so you cant slice it. No you can't put a stun layer in it as they are already complete segments.
Now if you find some 40% segments, those might make some nice stuff.

may or may not be best ever, we have had many better polymers on valcyn, but it is mighty fine
have you a better OQ/MA ????
For the porpose of making super light kinetic layers I can't see any better

I agree. Polymer that lets you make Kinetic Layers with 1/1/1 encumb is hard to find. Only a few spawns on tempest ever as far as I know, and the stuff I've been using was over a year ago, so I'm running out
If something like that spawned on my server, I'd be harvesting it with all my lots, and buying more of it as well.
