Hey Jaegen, do you get ANY notice that your reports have been read? Or is just a guessing game?

Goon Squad

The only communications I have seen on pistoleer issues have been the posting on this forum from the developers (that one that was horribly misquoted and causes us grief from then 'till now), and the notification that I could join the test center. Nothing else. Amazing isn't it?

So yes, you know exactly the same information that I know. Which is basically, nothing.

Hey, we did get fixes last patch. DA2 was "fixed", MTPS was "fixed", PMD2 was "fixed".!!!!

lol....so sad, so horriby pathetic.

(NOTE TO ANY DEVS READING THIS...lol..as if...THOSE THREE SPECIALS ARE ACTUALLY ALL BROKEN, we were just kidding about the "fixed" thing)

I agree with what everyone said here, and I've said it before myself. The Devs only listen to the people who whine the loudest ... so start whining! Post a jillion threads in SWG Discussion, and link back here so we can bump them. Send PMs to Holo. Do whatever you can to get in the Devs faces, because that's the only way they'll fix us.

Hiya all,

i just wanted to update you on a couple of things:

First of all some of you might have been wondering why i'm still posting here and following stuff after basically having said farewell in my "Email to the Devs"-thread. Simple reason: As you may have noticed there hasn't been much done yet regarding my resignation. As you can see i still have my fancy title and i also got access to and an information-mail from Xahn about the Correspondents forum. Therefore i'm still going to follow things for now until a new correspondent is found an active.

Yes...the Correspondents forum is already up and running and Q-3PO started already a thread where we had to mention our top one-issue for the time being. As some of ourissues from our last mailhave already been adressed in the thread about melee and combat changes posted yesterday (you can find it on DevTracker) i mentioned the change to our area attacks as our top 1 issue and basically copy and pasted what i already wrote in our recent mail. I hope that's ok for you.

I haven't checked it yet but it also seems that the first XP-terminals for correspondents have already been setup on Test Center.

All this to say: i would like to encourage you once more to send in your applications for the correspondent job in case you are interested and haven't already done so as things start to come back to live some more again.

Thank you

Happy wielding and a nice weekend

Hey all,

I read these boards every day, mainly for enjoyment and to keep updated on what is going on in my profession. I rarely respond to posts because there is so much repitition, flaming, etc that really does not seem to go anywhere. So, I simply read the posts, shrug and move on. I have decided to write this, perhaps to boost moral abit around here.

1st: I am glad to have a representative. Congrats Wepps. Although I have not agreed with all Wepps' views, I am optimistic he will work in the best interest of this profession.

2nd: As a BH (going for master), I see this profession, more so than any of the others, as a brotherhood. When I play, if I see a BH, I go out of my way to say hi, generate conversation, discuss missions etc. I have medical skills, so if I see a BH with wounds, I will heal without being asked etc...I think this can be our strongest point...the idea of what will best help this profession and how to work together to get the the things we want and need. This attitude of US vs. THEM is counter-productive to being the best and rising to the top. This profession, to some degree has turned into US vs. US. Lets work as a team, put our brains to work, and put our personal bias aside and do what is best for the profession.

Thanks,

Anaphylaxis

Holocrons are false prophits. Don't belive what they say. They are put in place by the dev's as a failed attempt to add content. They just want to ensure you continue to play. It Is a distraction tactic to keep you happy. This is your only warning

To everyone that reads this, I was speaking to my friend last night who has friends on the dev. team and he told me some interesting things, whether or not you will believe is up to you.

Supposedly, there is no jedi code. Yes there are those commands, but the coding itself is not there. Because of this, no one will activate their FSCS as of now, and is probably why we've seen no one activate it. This is also why people can open up all those holocrons, 3-4, and still nothing happens.

The devs. begged the lead programmer not to go public in June because they knew the game was not ready. Do not quote me, but i think his name is Brad Johnson, or somethign around that. I do not know if EQ people will remember this, but he was the lead programmer from EQ, who ended being fired. After his disposal EQ and the devs. had a party on the servers.

I am relying this information because I think there is some truth in it and that the public has the right to know this kind of information.

If you had some facts, thats one thing, but 'a friend of a friend' isn't very reliable. Do yourself a favor and get some facts together before spreading it. There's nothing of value in what you said.
