Really depends on what role you like to play, For me i like soloing high level Mobs and PVP,,, ive tried Both those med skillz with that exact temp and i prefer 4xxx CM....
I really liked MBH/MP/xx4x medic/ novice rifles untill they nerfed the healing last patch....

i would recommend rifleman 4400 and just get some ruby blieland stim d's for heals
the added rifleman will give you a nice acc bonus and a little spd, on top of that head shot does more dam than body, and if you are doin your job with roots and snare you shouldnt have to worry about heals

Unless my skill point calc is lying to me, 4000 CM gives you a *lot* more HE than 0440 medic, and a better version of bacta toss. But it appears to take slightly more skill points.
In my opinion, one branch of CM would be better. It doesn't have to be the 4000 one either, 0004 gives less healing but improved thyroid rupture has a long duration and counts as somewhere around 25% damage reduction. Married with out intimidate, we're talking pre-CU intimidate style damage reduction, and that's before you hit 'em with eyeshot.
