I think the easiest way for you to make the suits would be to buy looted cores off the bazaar, that way you dont have to worry about finding 20 different resources to make cores plus factory time. You would only need very common resources such as steel, polymer, and aluminium... to make the appearances.
LOL the easiest way would have been to just buy a suit in the first place... he is long past easy...
but thats a very expensive way, when I need 4 sets just for decorating.. the fat years of 90+ Mio Accounts are over..
And silly me I just made a 7k Energy 64k condition factional set for someones house decorations.... I don't know about your server but those suits only run about 1 mill a piece on mine and if you do as suggested and buy a 0 condition you should be able to get them much cheaper than that. This guy paid me the other 9 copies of the schemes for his... =-)

Actually, it's much cheaper to buy4 suits than trying to buy faction points for all the schematics from a smuggler.
Especially if you're talking 4 different suits of armor, and not just 4 suits of the same type.
By my math, you'll be holding the bag with 36 extra full schems.
Umm, yeah, that's what I was trying to say

depending on how many suits you wanted you could have traded the faction and given a smith some loot cores and got it for free.. like the other dude said.. you are long past easy and cheap...

Okay, thank you all for your answers and suggestions!
I will try that with getting 0 Condition Suits and will not craft them bymyself
