Actually the stuff you bought was made with nightsister armor layers and janta hides... a dozen or so pieces to aid in slicing the base to 90% as well as keeping it light. (someof those pieces got+40% encumbrance slices)Glad somebody is finding use from what I cant use. (hehe gotta have perfection ya know?)
Should note that nightsister comp is idea for pistoleers as it really cuts out the action encumbrance... -5->-10 action per layer!

Good stuff. I'm a Master Pistoleer and I think I'm gonna start doing stuff like this so I can be more prepared for the CURB.

Yeah, the impending CURB is one of the reasons why I am doing this stuff--I don't want to have to be so dependent on buffs anymore. I also find that it is making the game more fun for me to hunt without buffs--it adds an element of danger and forces me to use more strategy (choosing which armor to use for a given situation, which specials I can spam with the most effectiveness, figuring out how to do ranged attacks more effectively to keep critters from charging me, which combination of foods to use, etc.). It's really breathed new life into the game for me lately. I used to get buffed (both doc and mind)every time I went to do anything the slightest bit dangerous, so I never had to give much thought to encumbrance or rapidly taking damage, and I am now realizing how much time it frees up to not have to go through that whole process (finding a doc, waiting in line, going through two sets in a cantina...)!
