Word is the Starsider and possibly Chilastra, due to their extended down time today, didn't convert these new items nearly as well as other servers. That might explain why so many NS layers on Starsider are still +0.

uh, but thanks for fixing the layers and finally allowing us to take them out of the crates. Glad the issue wasn't just ignored.

All my NS Layers now are +20 battle enhancers. Forgot to chk my peko feathers I'll chk those tonight (/pray). As for crated armor the only thing I have left of that are my tons of 4 socket composite boots/gloves so obviously there won't be any change to those.
