feathered appreance = +12 health, need shards in the segs

The first stack I looted were 23's

I agree that anything above the 13-16 range is rarer though.

ive got a set of +350 RIS on scylla... the condition is nuts, all the pieces above 90k condition

I have made 6 suits so far on Eclipse and my condition has been over 101k

Now that we have our feathers and NS layers I wish some enhancers with protection mods would be introduced. +50 health cap is waaaay too low now that you can potentially get +80 from feathers and ns layers.
