First off anyone else tired of playing the space management game?? So resouces can not be changed to have stacks higher than 100k.... Wow talk about a joke... Sure a millions a bit high, but 500k stacks would make life so much easier..

You just don't get it do you, didn't you notice the comment about schematics only being able to produce 100 items... The intent was obviously that you would not need huge amounts of storage space because your 6 harvesters can't generate that many resources, you can't manufacture hundreds of items in your 2 factories and so you don't need loads of room to store stuff in.

If it wasn't for so many cross server lot swaps then there wouldn't anywhere near as many resources around and if they hadn't slipped up on the factories you wouldn't need room to store hundreds of factory crates.

The Devs never wanted, and clearly still don't want, crafters to stockpile huge quantities of resources and components. Mine what you need, use it to make components, make them into products and sell them.

You know why new crafters have a hard time getting into the market? Its because the big existing crafters and partnerships have huge amounts of old high quality materials and components meaning that anything they produce will generally be better than the work of a reletive newbie crafter who only has resource spawns of the last few months to work with.

Accept that the reason you have storage problems is that you get and keep to much stuff, not that the Devs are mean and won't allow you more space.

I wouldn'tsay I have a storage problem, but it's definately something I have toconsider.Chalking storage concerns up to people getting around the lot limit one way or another is, well, wrong.

I didn't, i chalked it up to people wanting to keep too much stuff of one sort or another, if you're house is full of resources then use some to make some armour and don't harvest more until you need it. If some real nice stuff comes in then harvest away, but sell your weaker stuff to an architect as low quality materials. If you run out of room throw something away, with 4 factories and a house you should have room for several thousand crates / resource stacks etc.

I was just saying that cross-server trades make the problem worse, not that it was the only reason.

On the 1000 schematic idea; the limit was 100 when I first started playing. The only way anyone could make a 1000 run, was to type an extra zero in the schematic space, not by using the slider. It was a bug, that several people exploited, to the point that when they tried to remove it, all hell broke loose. At that point, I was still handcrafting, so it didn't matter to me. But when the petition came out, I /signed it too, as I wanted to make segments in a factory one day.

I have been working on the supplies now for almost 8 months and I am STILL 3 GDK scales short of a complete suit....
