For anyone wondering about this I purchased a tape with these mods;


Armor Experimentation +4

One-Handed Weapon Accuracy -5

Unarmed Speed 2


I held my breath, crossed my fingers and dropped it in a piece of clothing.

I now have a +4 Armor Experimentation mod on that clothing.
