Yes, every character can use vendors placed by merchants regardless of their skills.

Once themerchant has placed and stocked the vendor, thenon merchant can then freely offer items to the vendor and buy items from it.

Well, not exactly what I meant. I would like to have my own vendor toput items up for sale on and use as a drop off point for items I buy from other people, but i'm non-merchant. Is this possible?

A non-merchant can buy from and offer to any vendor. But a merchant is the only one that can actually place the items up for sale. So hopefully one of those two responses answers your question.

You must have at least Artisan xx3x to control a vendor.

They tried to fix this a few times in this week, but, alas, failed.

Where are we at with health bonus's? Saw someone post their BH armour and it had the bonus on it..fixed, broke or no body knows?
