We had some kicking 900/900/900 Wooly on Tatooine hit a few months back. What a dream! I bought or hunted down 400k and wish I'd gotten more!

We're actually two days into that on Shadowfire. Too bad I'm about as burnt out as an armorsmith can be. Still getting as much as I can buy and harvest with my alt.

I think Valcyn had twice wooly better than that .
First one was on Talus though which is one of the worse planet to harvest wooly.
Second was Tatoine.

Icoloth Yavin Wooly was like 915 OQ 940 SR
Emirda Tat wooly hide was 910 OQ 960 SR
Only two that has spawned like that, and they spawned back to back in January of '04

According to resources reported on swgcraft.com the best OQ/SR rated wooly spawn has been some Naboo wooly on Ahazi at 993. The next best rated but IMHO a better spawn due to its specific use in wookiee armor is a Tatooine wooly on Kettemoor rated at 988.
Two servers were tied for having the worst wooly. Radiant and Tempest have only had 909 rated wooly spawns. I guess Radiant would be considered the worst though since their spawn was Corellian while Tempest was at least a little easier to get on Talus.

Glad Shadowfire just escaped the dubious honor of having the worst (901). I'm having a field day with this Endor wooly.
