ok well before experimentation its 13-19-19

after it gets like 3stun 3base on the layers...this any good?

Before you start get all resources above 900 OQ ~800 SR. Especially colat iron, known solid petro, and intrusive ore.

#1) max out the base on your kin(or whatever)layers don't stop at 4%. experiment one at a time until the bar is full. You need 4.x % but the x is hidden from you. put remianing points into encumbrance, forget kin experimentation.

#2) max out base on your segment, same as #1

#3) max out base on final combine , same as #1

Basically max out base experimentation on all pieces and keep in mind that decimals count even though they are hidden from you.

I use a spreadsheet to predict the final results without wasting resources.
