1 hour and 10 minutes is correct, down to the second almost, i use to Kill the gdk, fly around the volcano in patterns and come back to kimo town around 1hour and 8 minutes, wait the 2 minutes and kill it again and repeat lol. I used to walk around with 1000 Battle Fatigure and Have 1 Point Of ham stacked under my buffs, when buffs ran out i had 1 point of ham left on each bar.

Funny isi used to have to pop a vercupti sometimes just to make it back to Nym's without being aggroed and dieing cause i had 1 ham point lol

yes they are.

Kimogila scales segments look like armor segments and are used to in bone armor.

the giant dune kimogila scales like like a hide container and have no stats at all

I completely agree with the above, it's quite easy to solo this, but the drop rate of the scale is something like 1/7 apparently, i've killed 6 with no drop yet.

I killed over 30 in a row with no drop before I finally gave up. So I imagine the drop rate is much worse than 1/7, either that or I was having a very bad day.

it definately drops scales. got 11 in one drop a few days ago.

1 in 7 ?!? I'm at 111 kills so far without a scale drop.

Actually it's about 4-5 minutes after the kill with a total of 3-4 GDK spawning before no more will appear (unlessthe spawn isbugged).

The Kimo town GDK, though, is a static spawn and reappears about 1h and 10 min after it's last been killed.
