Base Effectiveness: 12%

Integrity: 2500

Health Encumbrance: 20

Action Encumbrance: 15

Mind Encumbrance: 20

Heat Effectiveness: 15%

Cold Effectiveness: 15%

These are supposed to work in padded armor, but don't fit.

They do they are inplace of the padded armor segments usually most of them are junk anyway. But if you want a set of padded that would be the cheapest way just give them to a armor guy and he can make the armor in no time since they do count as being in afactory crate since they are serialized.

Zero, they cant be used rightnow (bugged)

they are top notch for segments, I live on dath, those are very good, for padded.

Heres the problem, padded is worthless lol.

Composite can get 60% in everything for the same encumb's, and ubese is alot higher kinetic for even less encum, padded, bone, chitin, all worthless rightnow

Hold onto them, they may be worth something later.

But, padded, chitin, etc... are not worthless. I used Chitin for quite some time when I first started out. I couldn't afford Ubese and definitely not Comp. If all you are looking at are the resist numbers then Comp does give the best. But many wear padded not for it's protection, but for its look. And I have heard of advanced chitin getting as high as 62% kinetic resists with lower encum. than Ubese. If you can afford Comp. and can put it on (with or without buffs) go ahead and get it, it is a great set of armor, but the others are far from worthless.

Currently bugged, the crafting tool won't accept them. You'll get an "invalid item type" or something like that.
