Heh, my biggest two:
MABARI, not "Marabi" or "Mubari" or "Mombassa" or whatever
BICEP, not "bicept"
and if you want to extend it to general SWG stuff ...
KRAYT not "kryat"
TURRET not "turrent"
mombassa...rofl..never heard that one...haha

Ive had some rediculous questions.
"Do you make armor of bone?" "uhh... bone armor? yes."
"Hi, can I order some obese armor?" (must have been a wookiee)
"Can you craft Bounty Hunter armor? I'm looking for a suit." "Oh sure, contact me in 4 months and I'll have it ready"
Other annoying things.
"Would you like to buy a crate of 30k resources?"
"Do health enhancements add to your health?"
Funny stuff.
From a guildie - "Hey, do you need me to get you some resources?" "Not really... well.. yeah, all of them. Lol"
*I grinded AS just before the CU and did NOT use the respec to get there.*
