The new Armor Resilience slice pretty much proves that stats degrade as armor decays, it's obviously not showing it.
I suggest editing your misleading post, JeCy.

Resilience: (Makes the armour keep effectiveness at lower conditions)
Level 1 | Drops after 40% | 25% Customisation | No Components
Level 2 | Drops after 30% | 50% Customisation | Simple Toolkit
Level 3 | Drops after 20% | 75% Customisation | Shock Absorbant Padding

i have done lots of tests... you wanna miss lead your customers thats fine..
just like the post saying pre CU it was good to do at 50% which is total BS cuase a 45-50k durra suit wouldnt start losing % till just over 10k left which in my book is 20% 30% further than the recomondation by others.. Ive been an armor since lauch and have make armor for about 4 different guilds that PVP, PVE, high end stuff like lvl 90+ but yea.. i guess i dont know what im talking about. I have tons of testers that i make free armor for to see what works what doesnt.. BH that solo 225k jedi the whole nine.. im not gonna sit here and argure with you.. thats obvsiously what you want.

Be my guest and be wrong, heal and die more often running around with your low condition armor.
You disagree that pre-CU armor stats were lowered due to decay, and post-CU.
It really doesn't matter how long you've been an AS, you're wrong in this case. What matters is how well you pay attention to the damage you take with the armor you're wearing.
Theres no doubt in my mind that when armor gets past the 50% condition mark, it starts losing resists, Pre and Post CU.
