Imade a full suit thats got 13 stun in the head/chest/legs, is 76-80 kin, and 78-90 base. Total ham is 201/90/94. Exceptional shards and layers are your friend!

why? you can pull extreme low mind costs if not zero on any other piece besides the helmet and 94 is not that crazy low for a helmet

you can get close to 0, but between the helm, chest and pants you are going to be higher IF you have a base 78-90 (effectiveness slices) and keep kin 76-80

i could hit 0/0/0 enc on a RiS leggings on farstar i think. a friend of mine looted some exceptional NS layer with -42 action enc each. and i own 1 shard with -66 action enc. with a cool red cube it might be close to 0/0/0

right, but I bet it isn't right at 80% kin and 90% base

I'm collecting all good NS stuff I can find andresourseswithhight MA+OQ. As I understand , it may be helpfull after CU (if they don't change main res. needed for armor). I'm sure , super low-HAM R.I.S will be great armor anyway.

the layers got 23% base and i have a exceptional yellow cube with 8%base. but i will wait for CU before using the good stuffs
