Ok, thanks for the info m8 
the thing that led me to thinking of this is I made an acklay power hammer with 77/81 bones and the best resources, and it maxed at 475 or so with only one "moderate success". A little odd imo. I thought there might be a proper way to do. Also in that thread about the carbines and stocks i realized I must need some better link-steel aluminum
