Thereis always better steel out there, the problem is that you have to pay like 20 cpu or break out a resource deed....... oh well.

Here's the resource watch list for Tempest, tho I'm not sure what server you're on....

Thats the one to use, the best steel spawn on Chim to date

I managed to get 6 harvesters on an 82% spawn of this stuff on day 1 of the spawn but have screenies of the harvester field that followed me and that just scares me when I look at it.

and for those that want to know the stats on Rojje

500 days later, and Duranideium is still the reigning king of many, many schematics. Thank goodness lots of folks mined it, and you can still find the odd lot of it on the trade forums once in awhile.

Holy crap I think I just messed my pants upon seeing the stats on that! Best we've seen on Tempest evar is Omnibanyk Carbonite OQ 954/SR 929 and Diwe Hardened Aversium at OQ 929/SR 955 Seeing stats like that on other servers just reminds me that Tempest truely is the red headed stepchild of SWG

Spent all night looking for more steel and the best I could find had an OQ/SR average of 918..... better than the 911 Carbonite I had.... but not much.

I've been able to cap battle and recon armor so far, but assault has given me problems. I'm able to get it to 6983 now. There is one resource really gating me at that moment: Dathomirian Fiberplast. There was a "decent" (I use that word loosely here) spawn of it recently, which helped me get from 6970 to 6983 (800OQ/400SR), but I need something better. I just refuse to use a resource crate for something like this.

I'll just keep waiting...
