yea i shot down my 3rd gdk looted 7 of them...killed 7 more no scales. Im not that greedy.

are these only required in the boots..... or all pieces of armor....
and i looted scales of a giant dune kimo but they have stats.... i take it they are not the real scales then for the armor???
if not thats just whack

GDK scales are required for each RIS armor piece (one each).
Those scales with stats are used in making bone armor, so essentially useless. GDK scales for RIS look like hide containers (not armor segments), and have no stats attached.

lol thats so friggin stupid... soe such retards... how can you loot scales off a gdk and they not be gdk scales......

not totally useless, yes you can make some nice bone armor for someones house, go to give to noobies. They like free armor. Nothing worse then Tanking a noob in heavy comp armor, they miss the whole thrill of running from chupas..

they drop the RIS scale, kimogila scales used for enhancing armor segments, and kimogila scale segments used to substitute bone armor segments. the RIS scale is in a hide caontainer and has no stats.

Hi,
Anyone know what GDK scales look like, I looted 6 scales of one, but it doesn't say Giant Dune Kimo Scales on them, It says Giant Kimoglia Scales useful in Bone armour, are these the RIS armour ones??

GDK scales look just like the other kimo scales, but the title MUST say
"Giant Dune Kimogila Scale" to be able to be used in ris armor. Anything else just gets shiitcanned

I been killing GDK for a while now and can seem to get the GDK Scales for the RIS armor.. How many GDK do you have to kill to get the loot ???

Doesn't take me many to get loot drops... maybe 3 or 4. They're in boxes, say Giant Dune Kimigola Scales as title.
Haven't tried to get any for a few days though, patches mighta screwed it up
