they should come to you to train.....but if they just do a search for you and your in the middle of combat(or something else) and you tell them that but they yell at you or something...thats just lame
but if your just standing there in cnet or theed or where ever and they are next to you asking then all you have to do it group..teach..ungroup......thats like less than 30 seconds of your time and you might just make a friend too
but ya i have had ppl like on another planet that i have never talked to give me a tell and TELL me to get over there and train them
i just have one command for them
