OK! THERE IS NO NEED TO POST ABOUT HOW STUPID THAT COMMENT FOR 350-400k WAS ANYMORE! I mean, lol. I WAS TALKING ABOUT AFTER BEING SLICED ANYWAY! WOW.

OK, I have another qustion then. Does anyone have 90% base armor? I heard there didn't use to be a cap on % base. If not, anyone have 87% or so armor?

Lol, its ok...................

It very very hard to find 90% base composite. Its comparable to finding a scatter pistol that does 400-500 damage, or a LLC that does like 1400 damage (I see that you're a BH).

To get 90% base composite, you need to make 70%-80% base comp first, which in itself is pretty difficult. You either need Janta Hides, Exceptional Nightsister Layers, or Exceptional Krayt Segments. These parts do not come cheap either.

RIS follows the same resist caps that all other armors follow, 80% cap on crafting resists. It's kinetic can't get any higher than 80% as kinetic is a special protection on RIS and special protections cannot be raised after slicing.

For other RIS info, look here:

I sold just a chest plate for 1 mil. 80% acid special and the base was 90%, sliced. That is the only way to get 90% kinetic on a suit. Electric layers are the best way to go, but you get a lot of worthless suits if they don't all slice above 80%.

I put up a chestplate with 17% Stun 80% elec 88% base for auction in the Naritus forums, and highest bid has been 100k for a while. I guess it really varies between servers. Sure; it's just a chestplate, and just 88%, butI thought it would go for more.

Selling sliced armor ain't worth it if I can only get abouttwice what I would get unsliced.

well then if anyone is interested I have made a suit of 90% base/80%elec/energy suit for sale on Eclipse. I also have a few 88-89 suits as well. The hams suck, but who cares. Send me a tell or email if you are interested. BTW i put this as a price check on my servers trade page and got no responses, but I have gotten a feel here for price.
