Hi i will be trying to master chef and i choose not to respec to master because i will be nothing more than a respec nub and wont really have a idea how to craft good items or know how to experiment and plan to fool around with chef when not grinding. What is the best item to craft to master chef and what resources will i need for it.

No shame in respecing to it. It doesn't make a bit of difference as you learn nothing from mindlessly grinding. You want to be a chef and obviously don't want to be a noob by respecing and in doing so proved that you are not.
So just respec.

Respec if you are able to do so. I didnt even bother trying to sell food/drinks or make something of quality until after I mastered chef.

take it easy, if you have a specific problem then read the faq's if not then just work your way up the ladder. If you try to learn it all in one go youll go mad

Any recomendations on how to start?
I have a few people asking for some composite parts, which I should be able to do. My guild dumped a crapload of BH Armro Schematics on me also :S

start by making some armor, find out what you want to make and make it. Take a composite piece. Start by making an arm piece. You can do that by hand.
If you need to make anything other than arms youll need a factory
