when it comes to making like 80%kinetic and max base, or 80%energy maxy base, or whatever that you max base out on, having extra exp pts wont make your base higher, so its all about the resources, your layers are good enough and your segment is probably too, but its your final combine resources that are probably the problem, i can hit 71% with most of my best resources, and for the energy my layers are 95% as well, and the segment is probably near same as yours, but what like what i said its the final combine resources that are your problem

We must be doing well on Intrepid. The best Beryllius to hit only had OQ in the mid 700's and 70 base is attainable. I'd love to have some 900 OQ Beryullius to work with. That would push me to 72% base (I can hit 71% if I choose to use rarest of the rare resources in other slots).

LOL - I have 800k of beyrllius copper, spawned on the Farstar last week(989oq 464sr) - that would get you cooking

Just to throw this in..... on my armor I don't even get teh segments up to 34% and I still hit 70. My final combine materials are quite a bit better than yours though... I agree with everyone else if you fix your beyrillius copper you will probably be happy. Theres of course room for improvement in your other materials, but I think it's the copper that is really holding you back.

colat iron and kirrium steel on valcyn sucks hasn't been any high 900oq stuff for at least the last 4months, segments are my problem i can get the 31%base on the segments using 6%stun, 4%base stun layers

to break the 70%barrier i need to throw in janta hide.

Your Wooly, Intrusive Ore, and Aluminum stinks.

Iupgraded my Beryllius (increase of 300oq and 50sr) and it had no affect on the outcome of my resists.

It aint impossible bro.

I've made 80 Kin/ 80 Energy / 80 Elect and 70 base consistently for the full suit. I can just abt get 71 base for the Bracers / Biceps / Boots. Also capable of making 80 Kin / 80 Energy / 80 Acid (or Blast) / 80 Elect with 67 base.

Just need to wait for better resources to spawn bro and jump on it big style

I am a 10 pointer also and can hit 70-71% base, but I usually just do 68% because I can hit substantially lower HAMs and the suits seem to sell better for me.
