faction armor is where the money is, but is a serious drain on anyone's game experience. In a week I made 20 mill, but got so sick of it I don't want to do it anymore.

Unless you have the resouces or know someone that has, I doubt you will be able to put together a nice collection for that amount unless you can get your hands on quite a few resource deeds. The best profession as far as bang for your buck would be Architect. Armorsmith can make a lot of cash, but you also sink a lot of cash into resources (which managed to cost us all a lot in the CURB). With Architect, you only need a handful of good resources and the rest can be mined or purchased for no more than two to three CPU depending on where you are shopping.

If you already have the resources and experimentation for Doc why not go BE? BE now makes all of the items that Docs and CMs used to make in addition to components for several other professions including Chef and Tailor. The market for stims will be huge since they can be used by all so you won't make your cash on buffs, but stims have so much more potential now because you aren't limited to Doc/Medic customers. Armorsmith used to be a profession of mass production and solid income, but I most of us would agree that times have changed.

BE is defiantly one option... not just for all the stims, but BE's are even fewer than most other professions, and there's so many ways you can go with BE.... pets, stims, various other meds, pet meds, tailor tissues, and cef additives.

With the over all increase of creature resources that can be gathered, it's not as hard as it used to be.

I want to kill myself. Make faction working factories - please. I would gladly make one less suit for this.

AS is profitable now with all the new armor and faction armor, but I don't think it will last. Pretty soon everyone will have their suits of armor..

Yeah, but how sustainable is that rate? Can they make enough credits to afford another suit, or will they find alternatives?

If you already have 130 million credits, why do you ever have to work again?

items that decay quickly...helmet/leggings

then chest.

at 1 helmet/leggings per week, thats 200k total...non factioned of course. 1 chest every 2 weeks, say 150k. i dont think that there will be any problems affording the armor.
