my latest slice armor was 26% stun/69% base and heavy as hell :-(
my old was the 4% stun/68% base variety with new resources it would be 69 or 70 (new kiirium, intrusive and crism :-)
I like to make this kind of slice armor, only drawback is the encumb slices that not many people seem to like. On the other hand you can ask just about anything for a 90% base chest or helm :-P
