well I've got a pre-patch mando chest plate that i looted that's 100% to everything and ar3. and it's pink and purple. I killed Boba Fett to get it too, which makes me the most 1337 bh in the game!! lol

Ok, I am knowledgable enough about armor to know that 100% base is possible, but 70% stun is not.....UNLESS some wacky mob dropped some legendary stun layers. There have been exceptional pistol barrels, stocks, infection amplifiers, and the like, so it is possible that Stun Layers could have dropped with 25% stun, 20% base, and -50 to HAM. These layers would be put into a segment that would be godlike, and assuming the base was at least 20% on each layer....x3.....you would hit 100% before experimentation.
It is confirmed that if the composite goes above 80% before you put a point in, that it can go above 80 or 90 on the initial assembly. Then you put all the points into HAM, and you get something at 100%, with low HAM, and very high condition (43K). The 70% stun is only possible with looted stun layers though, which I have never seen, but could be responsible for this.

Heh, it's obviously either an Exceptional or Legendary drop... just look at the stat mod bonuses. Freakin' nice chest plate tho, I don't think there is any price you could put on that.

Except legendary drops dont have an object creator or serial number, both of which are blackened.

It has an item creator, doesnt that mean its crafted?
Ive never seen anything like it! I hesitate to do this, but Im gonna cry "exploit" until someone explains how it came about. This is just so far over anything possible now its not even funny.
Granted the 100% base was possible before they hardcapped at 90, but I can't explain the Stun. Ive never heard of looted stun layeres. If they existed, Im sure we'd have HEARD about them atleast.
