Hello,

Please help me out here...I want a set of RIS am I am willing to hunt down the materials to have someone make it. So can you list what and how many of each I need to get, please? I know you need the Peko Peko feather how many? And are the Woolamander Harrower Bone Fragments, Gurk King and Janta hides loot or harvest? Also do you know anyone on Tarquanis that can make RIS?

you DO NOT need the peku peku feathers

these are used to make RIS layers. You can put any layers in RIS, it does not require RIS layers.

Since i can't make RIS armor, what would the Peko Peko albatros feathers be used for?

OK SkinnyManDo,

If I were to ask an Armorsmith what they need to make RIS armor what would they tell me to get? Hell I don't mind just buying the armor but I thought that the matterials where very hard to get thats why you don't see much of it. So what can I do as a non-armorsmith to help get a set of RIS made?

You dont need Peko Peko feathers at all. Ns layers will always be better than them. Regular RIS you can doulbe layer it, interwoven you can triple layer it. up to you.

Does the yellow cubes have to be identical serial # for all 9 or could you use 3 sets of 3 each or some other combo??

I see others have gone and answered for me

what I recommend it go get gaint dune kimo scales. This is the most rare and hardest to get componet.. Yes there are several other items but this is the clincher.

I myself have a standing offer that anyone that brings me 2 GDK scales I will make any peice of RIS armor for free. I provide all of the other rare loot drops and resources.

Also be on the lookout for good NS layers and segments enhancers.

nothing has to have the same serial numbers

RIS is unique in that every piece only requires one segment

composite for example requires 4 identical segments, RIS only uses one so you can put whatever you want in them.

If you wanted to make a full suit of RIS you can use 27 different layers (9x3 with interwoven) 9 different enhancers (janta hides/krayt scales/rancor hides/NS shards etc) and 9 different cubes

so...if you see an auction for an uber shard but there is only one.....you only need one

they randomly spawn and are at several POIs

there are like 7 or 8 clans of NS too so you could be killing different types of NS
