hahaha...you CAN'T get an ALL 90% suit, even with comp, WITH low resists, unless you first spend at least 5 million dollars and a LOT OF TIME on getting nightsister shards, large loss rate in random slices, and a big investment in time.
***UBER LEET TIP*** Get a suit of electricity(or cold, or stun) layered suit (or 3 or 4) and visit your friendly neighborhood master smuggler. You MIGHT get one whole 90% suit, and it will be moderately heavy (depending on the unsliced weight)

Alright guys we have our fun. The guy had good intentions...lets educate him a little.
Eoro, I'm assuming you're looking 90% base armor? Well, it's easy to achieve 90% base composite armor these days the first thing you have to ask yourself how much do I have to spend. Second question is is this amor for pve or pvp?
First of all 90% base armor is not going to be light....even if you use NS shards to lower HAM. Now if you plan to do pve the ask your local AS for electric layered amor. It's easy to get the base to 70% unsliced. It will only require an effective slice of 28% to get 90% base. This armor would usually be classified as medium to heavy armor. Another alternative is to get your usual 80% kinetic 70% base armor and hope for a good effectiveness slice.
If you are going for PVP then you would want some stun armor. Stun armor always have a trade off and most of the time are made very heavy... 40% stun resist is the norm with arround 65-66% base which with max possible slice will get you arround 88% base. Using enhancers it's possible to get 90% base. Now if getting 90% base is your goal, then you would ask your AS to make you high base stun armor. At this point you can ask him to lower HAM or increasestun.Usually, max stun for this situation is arround 25-27% and still very heavy HAM. But, the key to getting this armor is to get to know your AS on your server. Posting it here will not help because we are a collective from all the servers. We get these messages everyday from people in game asking same thing you ask and we get a little flame happy when we see it on the forums.
I hope this little post help you.

I think it all depends what you call low ham...
My 71% base 13% Stun is typically around 760 Mind Ham.
That's not low, but that's not really high either....

Have to be aware as well that to get a full suit of 90% base, from a starting point of 70% base takes around 15 or 20 full suits sliced.

selling full suit of mando armor, +125% everything, even lightsaber, 0 HAM, suit has been perma buffed by master doc, master dancer, and master musician, so no need to be buffed when you put this on. How much should I sell for.
(actually think this is something that should be able to do kinda, to be able to enhance HAM through armor, or something like that)
/yawn
I sell suits of this stuff for 250k...... noob.

Can ya tell I am a little upset over that??? On a lighter note... I DID get *1* 89% base chest piece. /sigh

Bad luck..
I usually get 2 90% pieces when slicing a crate of 25 70% base chests...
