I think mabey the last line refers to one of the Cyber arms special attaack, one of them has a 5% chance of delivering an electric shock, sounds like their fixing the animations for that.



It's such a shame, we're begging to have nothing more than our profession rolled back to Pre pub 17, not asking for anything new, no new schematics, or color pallet fixes (like with tantel arm armor), just be rolled back a few months.
