Ok i have recently begun a hunt for mind enhancing skill tapes to start competing better with the buff bots advertiseing their 118% buffs etc. I'm a little confused to how exactly the tapes work on our buffing and was hoping someone could enlighten me 
first what is the maximum enhancement you can get to a buff? I thought i read 125% somewhere but i'm not sure and how does the percentage translate to the tapes? how much of an increase does each +1 of the tape give you?
