Dodge and Accuracy AA/CA's then. You won't be needing speed ones.

Who, where? 
Dont think anybody moaned about PvP damage recently, PvE damage vs medium and heavy armour, yes. We always moan about that.
As for 40% stun, well, ADK PSG gets you 60% stun and then 40% stun from armour, so the damage does come out quite pitiful. That's the only point I can think of that was raised recently regarding PvP damage and pistols.

YEa but with a powerup .. and a really nice geo pistol uwill still do heavy heavy dmg. and not everyone has 60 % psgs

I've never seen a 500 max geo on my server(no p-up)... I'm sure one has been around I just havent seen it... but I have one thats 421 aboot 500 w/ good power up... and if I shoot at someone with okay stun armor and a decent psg (even with no psg) it does crap dmg. and as far as attachments pistol acc. while moving is good to have.. pistol speed is useless for master unless you have a horridly slow gun.
