I'd like to know if a batch with Power: 9 Charges: 109 is good. I heard it'd make a super low range poison.
Yeah it makes weak poisons with small ranges but you get alot of them. like with that you would gt 120 or so poisons. Now if you combine it with the spider venum then you have high power and alot of charges. Still no range but wow do they pack a whalop

You use them in place of dispersal mechanisms. If your schematic calls for 2 dispersals, then you still need 2 identical serial number biles to craft it.

And this is going to give me weaker poison than with advanced dispersal mechanisms but more charges?

I would not say weaker...dispersal mechanisms determine range and charges...with the bile you get a grip of charges at the cost of range....Rancor bile is excellent for PvE scenarios...as you won't need the range anyway......
I made some 260 aoe action poison with 120 charges....good stuff and worked great in my hunting!!!
I think of it like this...I use advanced dispersal for my PvP packs and rancor bile for PvE

Can't they be used for poison/disease area cures as well?
Yup, though they result in a much smaller AOE than if crafted dispersal mechanisms are used.
