it still makes no since.. qaud energy layered assault armor is the same as non layer battle this makes absolutly zero since.. the hardest most expensive quest in the game and its not good.. energy layer battle is way better than assault and 9% is a huge difference in pvp.. people kill for 1-2 % 10 % your a pvp god. Tons of my freinds are top BH with hundreds of kills.. trust me when i say they would never use assault. Unless elemental damage is rasied.. and even then battle would still be the way to go cuase the elemental is the same.

Right now all my freinds want my 8k recon.. i couldnt give um a suit of energy layer mando if i had it.. sure to stand in a cantian and look cool but come one.. thast what night sister bicepts are for on dancers.. not the hardest quest in the game by 100 fold
