I'm curious... I recently crafted some of the padded segments with the following stats:
4% resist, 306 condition, 4/5/4 HAM
Just curious what this comes at for quality. I'm fairly certain that it's top of the line, but would like to know if it's only pretty top, or really the best.

Got my Armor Padding to 4% 6/8/6... can't remember the condition. Saw a post that said the best would be 4% w/ 2/2/2 on the HAM.

When crafting Kashyyykian Armor, the schematic asks for Armor Padding.What is it REALLY asking for? Because my Armor Padding doesn't fit this requirement.
Has anyone made any Wookiee Armor? Please publish an instruction manual

Hah,I just went to create my first black mountain since CU and had the same problem. I'm hoping new armor padding made post-CU will work... but who knows. Looks like wookie armor will still be a bit more expensive than everything else :/

had some very nice 4% schems made a while back and have been using them since... so now they will make only layers? and crappy ones at that..

My existing armor padding said they were battle armor segments, with 730 stats across the board. Converted to 100 when pulled from crate.
I'll see if I can find a tailor to get some new ones made, but I'm betting this one fell through the cracks :/

Guys,
Sounds like you are making a minor mistake.
Armor Padding is a Tailor 0/3/0/0 skill. It can be experimented on so get a master level tailor.
My armor padding is still armor padding. I think you guys are confusing Padded Armor segments with Armor Padding. They are two seperate items.

I experimented with this on TC-EP3,experimenting on the padding make no difference any more.
