I actually don't want the stack size increased. That will make resources take up more storage space. With character lot rebalancing it is possible that many of the grind quality resources will be allowed to disappear.
I really think you can store all the resources needed to be an armorsmith for quite some time in one small house. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Lol. Ok you were joking about that right? No seriously tell me your joking.
I have 4 houses full of resources. They hold 150 items per house. And the sad thing that only works out to be like 30 million resources or so. If resources stacked to 500k and that stack counted as 1 item then maybe I could get all my resources in one medium house. I'm just assuming you have been an armorsmith for very long yet.
The only armorsmiths that can fit there resources into one house are those that either just made novice or the onest aht just make one type armor. I have been a armorsmith for all of 1week and a day and have 3 houses slam full of armorsmith resources.(sold off the weapons ones already) I belive i am getting to the point now though that i am just missing a handfull of resources i need so i might be able to contain it to 3 houses.

One of the worst things I hate about SWG is thew never ended "suburnban sprawl" (especially around AH. Which goes in sharp contrast to the population of the servers.
I know quite frankly that this is half to do with the storage problems crafters are having but also I know that my storage problems are not caused by duplicated stacks. In fact only two stacks are duplicate. What is hurting me is the shear NUMBER of different types of resoucres; and that is being limted by the number of items in the house rather than the size of the stack.
Far from decreasing the amount of lots neede for each house having a house contain MORE items will solve (or at least elivate) some of this concern SO I would put my full backing to a "warehouse building for master craftsmen" or increasing the number of resources one house can hold. Rather then increasing the stack size.
So no,/disagree

What about having a new thing the architect can make called warehouse (small, med, large) and they can store more items than a house maybe they can create a good user interface so we can easily get at the stuff we want rather than going through and trying to find it.
Just my thought what do you think ?

I love the idea of warehouses but same sized stacks.
What warehouse you can place should depend on your skill in individual trees. And then you can only store your class's resources in the warehouse...that would be wonderful.
They could then eliminate the ability to store stacks over 5k or so in residential buildings.
Layers only require 3 resources per layer in general. Once you've got a couple of 100k stacks....that's only 6 things to store per layer.
And that doesn't count your bank storage.
I make 2 types of composite already as well as ubese and I don't have any kind of storage problem. I refuse to buy segment enhancers or looted layers until right before I am going to use them. But no one is too turned off by that.
You can always put 50 ehancers into a backpack and then put it on a vendor if you need to free up storage space.
What are you storing? How many of each thing resource? And are you including your bank space?

/sign for higher resource stacking
/sign for warehouse
/sign for anything that will give me more storage space!

1) Set stack size to 10 Million - there is no point to having seperate stacks except to take up more room in data base. It does not make the game more exciting.
2) Set Factory crate size at the factory interface 10 to 1000. We dont need a bunch of crates lying around.
3 ) Let Vendors Sell singles items from factory crates. Stocking 60 suits on ubese and 40 suits of kinetic comp every week IS GIVING MY CARPAL TUNNEL! The user interfaces are just plan cruel to vendors.
The UI needs a huge revamp BUT in the meantime these 3 fixes will stop the spread of SWG crafter Carpal Tunnel syndrome.

If enchancers with the same serial number stacked.... that would eliminate 3/4 of the problem I am having with storage.
If you are an AS who likes doing quality work on -all- the armors... and you keep getting enhancers and not having the time to use them as fast as you get them... 9 wearables factories, 1 shared equipment factory, 6 medium storage buildings, 1 small round naboo storage, 1 medium for the shop (no resources in there any more), 1 medium for a house (no resources in there... actual house-y stuff... including my wardrobe, dern it), and spill-over into a guildmates large house which I have nearly filled up, and some storage on a vendor....
Resources and their storage are my bane. I finally spreadsheeted them and started pruning away. If I have more then 500K of something, I don't need 3 others of a lesser quality, maybe only 2 *snicker*.

I have to agree that enhancers with the same serial number should stack. It takes up way too much room if they don't.

Im a master AS and have been for 9 months, I mass produce armor in runs of at least 50 suits at a time, and I manage to get all my resources into one house (the ones Im actively using anyhow) The way I do it is to store all my backup 100k stacks and first-gen outdated stuff in my bank deposit box, extra 100 items is more than enough. When a resource gets to second generation, I post it on a resource vendor in my shop, and it gets bought. Works for me
I will admit though that when I go into production I have to drop an extra one to hold factory crates of layers hehe.
