Here is the stuff I have heard, posibly rumor, but who knows...

There are six full sets per server.

They can be found on high lvlnpcs on Yavin 4.

They are more powerful, and have lower HAM coststhen any other armor in the game... that can be made or bought by using fps...

I don't know if any of that is true, as it is just what I have heard, but I believe them to be true.

If there are only 6 sets per server, then I think that (assuming there is a max of 3000 players on the server allowed, I think that is right...) that leaves at best. one peice for every 55 people. Again, assuming that the server max is 3000 and that there are 9 peices to a set. there may be a belt or something else added to the suit, but I would not believe that to be true, as I do not believe that boba fett wears a belt, and is said to have a full suit.

Anyways, thats its description, but that doesnt mean its in, I found descriptions to stuff like AT-AT Pilot helms and things like that

Ahh, I see, heh, I havent done too many missions, so I didnt know(never heard of it till I found it)

I found it in a /tre file, it was with other descriptions for wearables.

I doubt that this is how it will work.... it's just an idea.

It would be cool if Master Armorsmiths had to do an Epic Quest (like the ones in EQ) in order to obtain each Mandalorian Item Schematic.

The quests would be very long and hard and would take even a hardcore gamer some months to achieve.

Once the Armorsmith has completed each quest he is given the schematic and is then able to sue it to make Mandalorian Armor... but the armor is made of rare resources and uses mandalorian armor segments which are not craftable and only drop very rarely off uber mobs.

This would keep the stuff rare... but keep the armorsmiths involved. And give us something fun to do instead of just grinding out armor.

Who likes this idea?

The 6 set per server thing sounds more like how it will actually be.... how boring

it has been a while since i studied star wars background and fluff.

But i believe the Mandalorians were whiped out during the clone wars and Boba Fett managed to attain the last suit, which he killed the wearer and took the armour for himself, as i believe the Mandalorians did not share there technology much. And Jango Fetts armour is not Mandalorian even though it looks similar, or it may be a earlier version on mandalorian and Boba Fett gets a newer one in the clone wars, but again i could be wrong since Lucas has utterly screwed up with the new movies.

so having say 6 full suits per server would make sense; if i'm remembering my facts correctly. Also they should have a limit on the most powerful things in the game, thats one thing i don't like about most mmorpg, once your max level for each class there are specific items you should have, not much variety, and when you do use something different they would say why don't you use a ... oh well. thats my thoughts on Mandalorian armour.

how would that be boring?

if there were more than 6 or so sets, you would see basically 5 people with a full set daily. THAT would be boring. just like jedi, if even 50 people on a server had it i wouldnt even want to get it. the only point of it is the uniqueness. If there were more than that many sets, if someone saw you in full mandalorian, they would just scoff and mutter "ebay..."

Jango was part of the madalorian peacekeepign army, when they were informed of a terrorist plot to overthrow a govt somewhere they went to stop it. The thing was a trick by another madalorian group that knew jedi would be there and it would appear to be madalorians attacking inocent people. The madalorians were outnumber (by jedi even) All mandolorians there (save jango) were killed*insert jedi hatred and resentment*. Jango was sold into slavery, whenthe ship he was on was attacked he was able to get his armor and the the heck outa dodge.

Boba aqcuires armor from Jango (with slight damage on the neck part of clothing)
