my helmet has 5.5k energy 7.5k kin resist and 107k condition.

its a sheme nowadays u get when it is crafted in the bunker so it depends on the cores u use to craft it outside the bunker.

thats is not over powering it just give equal protection to each dmg type and that is adv but nothing that is game breaking IMO
