Today was a good day....

Been hunting and collecting to get a suit made since RIS went Live. Went to Kimo Town after morning coffee and looted 11 Scales. Like many, the lack of scales have held me up. To say the least I was quite happy. Luckily our PA Armorsmith and I are friends IRL, so I call him - ignoring the fact he is two hours behind me. After waking him up, I let him know what happened. He must have still been sleeping because he is not as excited as I am to have this part over. Anyway, he goes back to bed, and I go back to my coffee and hunting. I head back home and drop the scales off then head back to Kimo Town. By time I get there he has re-spawned. After a brief battle, he's dead and I loot two more scales! The Gods have favored me this day! Feeling rather lucky I decide lets press my luck andheadto the Volcano and look for Gurk nests. As fortune would have it by time I kill my third Gurk King, I'm the proud owner of five Hides. This kind of luck won't last long, so I decide it's off to Yavin and try for somebones. The first Harrower gives me five bones. I contemplate Naboo for feathers, but think better about it, Karma and all...

Spent the rest of the daybuffing for free. Tomorrow I finally get to start making the Armor.

Didn't come to gloat, just wanted to share what was prolly one of the best days in SWGI have had in a long time....

Congratz! (youbastard)

I wish I had a day like that I'm on Kimo number 27 now, and I still have yet to see a scale. The gurk king hides I got 10 out of the first 3 kings, the woolamanders took me a LOT longer to get 3 (number 35 gave me those), but I do have about 200 or so peko peko feathers.

I'll ga scale hunting possibly later on, but don't know for sure. I'm getting a bit down with it all, especially since it seems MonCals can't wear the helmet anyway

Mad.

Figured out the damn 90% stun... they had restraint in the base too. so it was pre 9.0and RIS had stat shifting for a long time.

Would you care to test out a 400 year old sword to see if it's decayed to condition 0? All the prior testers have no comment. Perhaps a gun which was used in WW I and still fires with high accuracy upto 1km?

If that doesn't get you, then start reading current military specifications for combat equipment.

Sorry if this has been asked,

But has any fencers tried to take down a GDK? I'm master and curious if, with the proper buffs and armor, could take down a GDK?

Thanks for your time.

It looks cool.

Mad.

ps. Yes. That's the only thing it's actually really good for, unfortunately. Unless they actually do what they promised and make it medium armour and/or lightsaber resistant, it's basically a money and time sink.

I'm going off old old quest info...

Do I need to make and turn in every piece of the armor or when I make and turn in the boots do I gain all the other 8 schematics on the spot without the extra crap. I swear when the armor first went live there was a guide saying make and give the greedy little puppy man all 9 pieces to get all the schematics.

I've been putting off the quest myself since my MAS toon is magically force sensitive tomorrow.
