Just wondering what you guys have crafted as highest actual.
Got some 9% base ns layers I'd like to try, with 5% janta hide and 5% yellow cubes for interwoven, wondering how close I can get to 80% base
What would the best makeup of kinetic segment be also (going for 80% kinetic high base RIS?)
Have read the linked RIS crafting guides but just seeking some clarification.

I find that if you keep 2 types of kinetic layers 2/14 and 3/13 arround for RIS crafting. If you use 2 9% layers anda 5% yellow cube you shouldn't have to use a janta hide. I would recomend finding a really good NS shard of -30 orlower. If your resources are up to par with Shadowfire then you would need to put six pts of experimentation into special at the segment. Then the rest to base. Make sure you hit at least 40pts kinetic before moving on. Then at final combine experiment 3-4 pts at a time and hit 80% kinetic first. Then 4pts at a time into base until you hit 80%. If you have pts left over then you are an excellent AS. Put it into HAM.

2 9% NS layers, 1 Kinetic layer (2% base with max kinetic) and a 5% geo cube will get you well above what you need to hit 80%, as long as your resources are decent. You could throw in a NS shard instead of the janta hide if you did it this way.
Last weekend I was doing 7 and 8% layers, 1 kinetic layer, 1 6% geo cube and NS shards and had no porblem with 80% base.

I went withtwo of the 2/14 kinetic,one 10% NS, and one 7% cube.
I also did, I think, this one is from memory, two 2/14s 4% janta and a 5% cube but only got to 76% or 78% on base. Probably could have been 80% base with the two 3/12s but I'm not sure.
I haveseven 13% rancor hides and three 10% NS layers left over. Guess I'll save them for some lucky customer willing to shell out 5m per piece on them.

I can make 80% kinetic 80% base heavy interwovenRIS with three 3/14 kin layers, 4% geo cube, and 3% janta hide.
gets interesting when you use decent NS layers and high base janta/geos. (then you can play around with the vulnerabilities etc)

Made 80 kinetic/4 stun, 80 base using: 4/4 stun, 4/11 Kinetic, 7% NS Layer, 6% yellow cube and 4% janta.
Only drawback is it required a double amazing on both segment and final combine *cough* I got lucky. What can I say?

I'm making 80/80 with 14% kin 3% base layers on interwoven with a base cube and a base janta hide. Usually have 4 points to put into encumbrance or condition, 5 if I get really good experiments.

Sounds like the chestplate you made for me, assuming that's the case I thought it was 8% yellow cubes, and shards?

last full suit i made was
80 kin
12 stun
79 base
Ive easily hit 80 kin /80 base, but with the 13 stun i felt liek it was special 
i used 1 2/14 kin layer
1 4/6 kin layer
1 3/12 stun layer
1 5% cube
1 4% janta hide
no amazings... im not that kinda lucky guy...
and yea i had all server best resources pretty much... 12 points and stuff
Ive made about a suit a day for the past 5 days.. and im rakin in the cash

Man, I would kill to have the resources you guys have on your servers for RIS.
We got crap on radiant, to the point where you need an 8% NS layer, 2 14/3 Kinetic layers, and a base janta hide and 4% geo cube to JUST hit 80/80....

I used 2 also... 1 week later resources even better spawned..... SOE hates me.... 6 mil down the drain....

You will be hard pused NOT to hit 80% base with all that and the interwoven schmatic.
