Is it loot? If not, who makes it? How? I can't find it anywhere in the skills of any crafter type. HELP!!!!!!!

in the short time I was allowed on kashyyyk due to some kind of bug, I looted *NDA* and *NDA* from creatures. perhaps some of these are bio-mech stuff? :-p

Its used to apply KY Jelly.
When the CU hits live, depending on much we get screwed, the devs will decide to implement it or not.

I'm guessing by the *NDA* stuff that we're onto something here. Perhaps it's a loot from Kashyyk in the RotW expansion.
