I was wondering if someone could help me!!! Would like to understand the change coming to armor Shirts/Belts/Bandoliers. These were the only place to put AAs where they would last longer than 2 weeks.

My questions are:

1) Will Armor shirts/belts/bandoliers stillbe able to be used in conjunction withcomposite armor?

2) If they have hit points will they take damage under armor? Will this add to the effectiveness of current armor

3) Do the mods still work when the armor is at 0 condition?

4) Do the dev team plan on fixing the armor out there or just make it unusable like they did crated pre nerf Weapons?

5)When is this change coming?

They said only that they're adding a condition rating to it, not resists (like the padded armor belt, which I still don't know takes any damage in combat). So likely the Ubese shirts and bandoliers, etc, will decay like clothing does, in uninsured or PvE non-faction deaths.

I believe you can still use them with 0 condition.... like you can with clothing.

My expectation is that this is the first of an important step. I believe this is the first step to nerfing attachments. Pretty soon they will fix the fact that items will zero condition will be usable, and that should really help to bring some server economies under control.

As long as your items are insured, your clothing doesn't take any hit in a battle. When I was TKM all I wore was a Wookiee Smock, the only time it lost points was when I died, a few more points if I wasn't insured. That has been a few months ago but I don't think anything has changed has it?

In non-faction deaths, you lose 1% condition if the item was insured or 5% if it was not insured. That means that you get 20-100 deaths before the item is unusable (or will be unusuable when they add that in). If you repair the item and it does not completely fail to repair then it resets and you get another 20-100 deaths.

Explain why adding value to skill tapes will fix the server economy. It will raise the price of attachments not lower them when people have to replace the skill tapes.

Prices will not rise ... prices will drop but money must go somewhere so people dont have the need to buy high lvl thing so go doing less solo cash missions so less mony flows in the economy. also lesser hunting mean lesser armors are getting eaten by the Jantas so less armor sales so also the underside of the Armor smith market will be hitt the hardest (newcomers)

I think it will slow down the every increasing prices and people go venture off in other things RP or Group hunts like the DWB.....and people got more time on hand so leaving the game because the goal is gone.... after thinking about that SOE disided to not implent this new change and people are happy

yea its not really a problem anyways if you insure its not like your going to die 100 times anytime soon, even 20 is a good amount, but still insuring isnt that hard, then plus you can repair the item when it gets low, and maybe even repair a 3rd time, who knows maybe a 4th

I for one will continue to buy AA's if they decay. I will just buy more of them. I am sure there is plenty of people out there just like me. If there are, the demand for AAs will go up not down. The higher the demand the greater the price. Look, people are going to pay millions to get an advantage in this game, and that’s a fact not an opinion. Some people just need to face the fact that this a game where people who put in the most time or figure a great way to make credits have an advantage over those that do not. If you want total equality go play a non-experienced based FPS. Justenthegray is just whining because he gets out damaged every now and then and he has an ego problem. I bet he yells the loudest "Nerve Jedi". The grind and competitiveness is what keeps people playing the game. It sure isn't content. You’re a 12 point armorsmith. Imagine if every time you crafted your attachments decayed a little. That’s what will happen to swordsman, pikeman, or rifleman.
