I tried to make a schematic today and I came out with a 12% layer with the same materials that I have used to make 13% layers in the past. From the experimentation screen all the evidence points to a cap, because I hit 12% on the stun resistance and still have 2 whole boxes to add more. When I use those 2 boxes, it stays 12% even though before that, every box added a point. Can someone check on this for me please?

I honestly have the same problem lately man. no clue. I got that old school killer vertex gem and all that, just yep hit 12% and boom I get stuck. *shrug* wish I knew myself

My stun layers have only ever gotten to 12% on bloodfin, but the final product still hits 39%, go figure.

12 Layers can = 39% stun if they are 12.7 etc, there are hidden decimals etc.

Most layers have the hidden decimals. But even so, I still consistantly gain 13% Layers (40% Stun Final)

It is more than just hidden decimals. 12.99999 * 3 = 38.99997. There is probably some rounding going on or something too.

and it must be some rounding taken place too, i wonder if its normal rounding like 5-9 up, but i dont think any rounding down takes place
